Aaj kal desh mein har taraf Vande Bharat Express ke charche hain. Bullet train jaisi speed, chaka-chak seats, aur modern India ka ek naya chehra. Lekin kya humne kabhi socha hai ki is chamchamati train ko banane ke peeche ki sachai kya hai? Kya is tarakki ki rassi ka doosra chora kisi gareeb ke gale ka fanda banta ja raha hai?
Ek viral video ke mutabik, Odisha ke Koraput ilake se ek aisi dardnaak sachai samne aayi hai, jo hume yeh sochne par majboor kar deti hai ki desh ke 'development' ki aakhir asli keemat kaun chuka raha hai.
Koraput Ki Kahani: Bauxite, NALCO Aur Woh Laal Zehar
Koraput, jo apni khoobsurat pahadiyon aur kudrat ke liye jaana jaata hai, wahan NALCO (National Aluminium Company) naam ki ek sarkari company bauxite ki mining karti hai. Is bauxite ko refine karke aluminium banaya jaata hai—wahi aluminium jo hamari modern Vande Bharat jaisi trains ko banane mein sabse zyaada istemaal hota hai.
Lekin is poore process ka ek bohot hi khatarnak baaki bacha hissa hai jise 'Red Mud' (Laal Kachra) kaha jaata hai. Video mein saaf dikhaya gaya hai ki kaise yeh chemical-yukt laal paani aur kachra wahan ki nadeeyon aur talabon mein dubaaya ja raha hai. Yeh zehar sirf paani ke upar nahi tair raha, balki dheere-dheere zameen ke andar ris raha hai (seepage), jiski wajah se poore ilake ka groundwater (zameeni paani) zehrila ho chuka hai.
Bimariyon Ka Ghar Banta Koraput
Wahan ke maasoom log, jinhe shayad yeh bhi nahi pata ki Vande Bharat dikhti kaisi hai, isi zehrile paani ko peene aur istemaal karne par majboor hain. Iska nateeja behad khaufnak hai:

Lekin video ke bayaan aur wahan ke logon ki haalat ko dekh kar lagta hai ki paper par likhi baatein aur zameen ki haqeeqat mein zameen-aasman ka farq hai. Agar sab kuch theek hai, toh un maasoom bachon ke jism par woh zakhm kahan se aaye?

Yahan par ek sabaq seekhna bohot zaroori hai. Hum bilkul chahte hain ki desh aage badhe, nayi trains chalein, aur infrastructure mazboot ho. Lekin jab is tarakki ki buniyaad kisi gareeb ke khoon aur aansuon par rakhi jaaye, toh us par sawaal uthna laazmi hai.
Apni Taraf Se Ek Khaas Baat (Our Added Insight): > Asli vikas (development) woh nahi hota jo sirf shehron ki raunak badhaye, balki asli vikas woh hai jo us factory ke peeche rehne wale aakhiri gareeb insaan ki zindagi ko bhi surakshit aur behtar banaye. Agar bullet train ki speed badhane ke liye kisi maasoom ka chalna-phirna chheen liya jaaye, toh aisi raftaar kis kaam ki?

Koraput ka aluminium poore Bharat ko jod raha hai, desh ke kone-kone tak vikas pahuncha raha hai. Lekin wahan ki local sarkar aur prashasan is par chup kyun hain? Kya action tab liya jayega jab wahan ka har ek baashinda is zehar ka shikaar ho chuka hoga?
