Gen-Z Power: 17-Saal Ke Student Ne Kiya CBSE Ke 'Online Marking System' Ka Pardafoash; Parliament Tak Pahuncha Maamla
New Delhi: Desh ke sabse bade shiksha board, CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education), mein chal rahe ek bade ghotale aur system ki kamiyon ka pardafoash kisi bade investigative agency ne nahi, balki 12th class ke ek 17-saal ke student ne kiya hai. Is mamle ne ab desh ki Parliament (sansad) tak hulchul macha di hai, jiske baad sarkar ko bade kadam uthane pade hain.
Kya Hai Poora Mamla?
Sarthak Sidhant naam ke ek 12th class ke student, jise coding aur ethical hacking ka shauk hai, ne CBSE ke result aane se pehle hi board ko alert kiya tha. Sarthak ne bataya tha ki CBSE ka OSM (Online School Module) Marking System bilkul surakshit nahi hai aur isse badi aasani se hack kiya ja sakta hai.
Sarthak ne is security flaw ki jankari desh ke cyber security department CERT-In ko bhi mail ke zariye di thi, lekin jab wahan se koi thos jawab nahi mila, toh unhone ek blog post aur social media (X/Twitter) ke zariye is pure mamle ko public kar diya. Sarthak ne proof ke taur par portal ka super-admin access tak lekar dikha diya, jahan se answersheets aur data leak hone ka khatra tha.
Kaise Badle Gaye Rules? 'Coempt' Company Par Sawaal
Sarthak ne hazaron documents ki jaanch karne ke baad ek bada khulasa kiya. Unhone bataya ki CBSE ne paper checking ka tender 'Coempt EduTeck' naam ki ek aisi company ko diya jo pehle se hi blacklisted thi.
Apne pasandida vendor ko tender dene ke liye CBSE ne apne rules mein badlaav kiye:
Pehle ke niyam ke mutabik, tender ke liye CMMI Level 5 certification zaroori tha, jise baad mein ghata kar Level 3 kar diya gaya taaki Coempt company fit baith sake.
Niyam ke do sabse mahatvapurna clauses—"Poor Performance" aur "Blacklisted Company"—ko chupke se hata diya gaya. Agar yeh clauses hote, toh Coempt ko yeh tender kabhi nahi milta.
CBSE Ka Jhooth Aur Parliament Ka Action
Jab result kharab aaye aur Sarthak ne social media par pure saboot pesh kiye, toh CBSE ne shuruat mein isse ek 'Fraud' claim bataya aur apna parda chhupane ki koshish ki. Lekin baad mein maamla badhta dekh board ne apna woh statement delete kar diya.
Sarthak ke is khulase ki gूंज sansad tak pahunchi. Unhe Parliamentary Standing Committee ke samne pesh hone ke liye bulaya gaya. Sarthak ne committee ke samne 7-pages ka ek detailed document aur saboot submit kiye, jisme dikhaye gaya ki kaise bacchon ke bhavishya ke saath khilwad kiya ja raha tha.
Action Kya Hua? Lekin Sawaal Ab Bhi Barkarar Hai
Sarthak ke is bade khulase ke baad sarkar ne turant action lete hue CBSE ke Chairman aur Education Secretary ka transfer kar diya hai.
Lekin is poore mamle par ab aam janta aur experts sawaal utha rahe hain:
"Kya sirf transfer kaafi hai?" > Lakho bacchon ka bhavishya khatre mein dalne aur itna bada ghotala karne ke baad bhi unhe sirf transfer kiya gaya hai, jabki unhe pad se hataya (remove) ya suspend kiya jana chahiye tha. Aakhir CBSE kisko bekoof bana raha hai?
